Note: there *will* be signs directing you from the Information Desk (inside the front entrance to the Stamp Student Union) to the registration/ check-in area on Friday. Note that the ballroom is to the right and all the way down if you are facing the Information Desk.

Please remind the teams that due to the large number of competitors, we will NEED to keep the Grand Ballroom clear of costumes/shoes/makeup/bags etc. In order to help you do so, we have set up a storage space in the Prince Georges Room.

We also ask that competitors pay special attention to how we will direct traffic in and around the ballroom.
